Ockhi: Maximum contribution to Distress Relief Fund- urges CM

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has urged everyone to contribute towards the relief and rehabilitation of the people affected by Cyclone Ockhi. Contributions for Ockhi victims can be made through the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund.

CM has urged state & central government employees, semi-government employees, employees of service organisations & private enterprises, industrialists, traders, artists, and people across sectors to join the fund raising.

Contributions to the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund are 100% tax exempt under section 80 G (2) (IIIHF) of the Income Tax Act. Contributions by cheque can be mailed to Principal Secretary (Finance), Treasurer, Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund, Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 001
